A conversation UI built for reps, not engineers

Reps work in a chat-style inbox that shows the full thread per contact — every text, MMS, call note, and booking in time order. Search, assign, snooze, and tag conversations the way they would in any modern messenger.

Internal notes are private; replies go out as SMS. Shared inboxes per team mean coverage doesn’t lapse when a rep is out.

Broadcasts with throttling + segmentation

Send a broadcast to a saved segment or a one-off list. Per-number rate limiting respects carrier rules, so a 10k recipient blast doesn’t trip your phone numbers into the spam bucket.

Click-tracking on shortened URLs gives you a real attribution layer — see who tapped a link in your most recent broadcast without leaving the platform.

Automatic STOP / HELP / opt-out compliance

Every inbound STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END is parsed and acknowledged automatically. Opt-outs are recorded per number AND per brand so a prospect who unsubscribed from sales doesn’t accidentally get included in a customer-success broadcast.

Double opt-in flows are baked in for jurisdictions that require explicit consent.

Templates with merge fields

Build a library of approved messages per team — first-touch, follow-up, booking confirmation, reschedule, no-show recovery. Merge fields pull from the CRM record so every message looks bespoke.

Per-template open rates and reply rates surface in the manager dashboard so the team can iterate on what actually works.

MMS attachments — photos, videos, vCards

Send and receive images, videos, audio clips, and vCards as part of the conversation. Field reps can text a photo of damage to a homeowner mid-pitch; homeowners can text a photo back without breaking the thread.

Attachments are auto-compressed and virus-scanned before they reach the rep’s phone.

Public REST API + outbound webhooks

Need to fire texts from your own backend? The Messages REST API mirrors the in-app capabilities — including throttling, opt-out enforcement, and delivery reports. Outbound webhooks notify your systems on every inbound message and status change.

API keys are scoped per integration with per-key rate limits and audit trails.
