Delete your RoofTechnologies account

In the app

1. Open the RoofTechnologies app on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

By email

No access to the app? Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my RoofTechnologies account”. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in: password, linked Google or Microsoft sign-in, two-factor settings and every signed-in device.
• Your profile: name, email, photo, title, bio, social links and cell number.
• Your phones’ notification and call tokens.

What your company keeps

Conversations, call history, voicemail and recordings belong to the company that gave you your RoofTechnologies account. They stay in its account under its retention settings. Your company’s administrators are notified, and your work number is held for 30 days so they can reassign it. Account owners must make another teammate the owner before deleting their own account.
